Nils N. Trulsvik (1948) is a petroleum explorationist with a degree in Geology from State University of New York and M.Sc. (Cand. Real.) in Geophysics from University in Bergen.1974-80 Geophysicist in Saga Petroleum AS , Norway.
1981-92 Partner in Nopec AS and Managing Director of Nopec AS and Nopec UK Ltd.

Nils has extensive experience from the marine seismic and offshore oil industry, and apart from several years of management responsibilities within these industries, he has also experience from establishment of new companies within the same industries, as co-founder of marine seismic company Nopec AS and initially part of the management of Petroleum Geo-Services ASA (PGS).
Nils was Non-Executive Director of the Norwegian seismic company Scan Geophysical ASA that was publicly listed in 2007, and the co-founder of MCG.
Jann K. Lindberg Non-Executive Director (Norwegian)
Jann K. Lindberg (1945) M.Sc. (Cand.Polit.) in Political Science from University in Oslo.1974-76 Consultant with the Norwegian Coast Directorate - restructuring of coastal
administration.
1976-79 MD of Norwegian real estate company with major investments in shipping.
1979 Established the JKL Group where under/-after several and various shipping projects
have been developed, established and operated in Norway and abroad, along with
sales & purchase ship brokerage service out of Norway and Far East, with the
operation comprising also real estate investments.
Jann has during two decades been working mainly out of Far East with focus on developing various shipping and energy projects that has in particular been related to new-building at various shipyards. Residing and based in Monaco since several years, he is mainly working with own investments and with development and establishment of new projects within the marine seismic sector and in connection with new-building of ships.
Jann was one of the founders and Non-Executive Director of the Norwegian seismic company Scan Geophysical ASA that was publicly listed in 2007, and co-founder of MCG.
